Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HeartCraft Birthday Bash at mothers.myheartcraft.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

HeartCraft Birthday Bash is a paid, one-time web service that allows you to create a personalized interactive birthday experience and share it as a link. The service currently costs ₹199 per bash (subject to change).

The shareable link is active for up to 12 months from the date of creation.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise displayed.
Payments are processed by Razorpay and/or Paytm and are non-refundable once the shareable link has been generated.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents link generation despite a successful payment, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Create content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or harassing.
Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
Use the service for unlawful purposes under Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, animations, and code are owned by HeartCraft. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use and share the birthday bash you create. You may not reproduce or resell the service's underlying assets.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HeartCraft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will post updates to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
